Studio Rental - Full Day (8 Hours)

Cancellation Policy

Located in the heart of Edmonton, Suite 1894 is a historic studio space designed for photographers who want character, natural light, and versatility. ■ Rental Rates Hourly Rate: $125 + GST/hour (2-hour min) Half-Day (4 hours): $450 + GST Full-Day (8 hours): $750 + GST Weekend Rate (Friday 6 PM – Sunday 11 PM): $1995 + GST ■ Deposits & Payments Booking Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your session. Damage Deposit: A $250 refundable damage deposit is required. This will be returned within 48 hours of your session, pending inspection of the space. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your booking. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and authorize applicable charges if policies are not followed. ■ Cancellations & Rescheduling 7 days notice: Deposit may be transferred to a new date within 60 days. Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable. No-shows: Full rental fee will be charged and damage deposit retained. ■ Studio Use Guidelines Booking time includes both setup and teardown. Clients must arrive, set up, complete their session, and fully vacate the studio within their reserved time. The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Please return all furniture and props to their original location. No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio. Outside props and equipment are permitted, provided they do not damage the space. No glitter or confetti is permitted. Food must be disposed of outside the building. ■ Overtime Policy All bookings must end promptly at the scheduled end time. If your session extends beyond your booked time, additional charges will apply at a rate of 1.5x the standard hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments. Continued use of the studio without prior approval may result in charges at 2x the hourly rate. Overtime charges will be billed to the card on file or invoiced following the session. ■ Damage & Cleaning Responsibility Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or furnishings that occurs during their booking. This includes (but is not limited to) damage caused by props, equipment, food, liquids, animals, or misuse of the space. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged as needed. In cases of damage or excessive cleaning requirements, charges will be applied to the card on file or invoiced following the session. Clients are required to report any damage immediately.
