• Separate insurance is required if alcohol is consumed on-site

• Set-up and tear-down must be completed within your booked time.

• Furniture must be returned to its original location.

• No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio.

• Outside props and equipment are welcome, provided they do not damage the floor.

• Overtime is billed at the hourly rate.

• No glitter permitted.

• Food must be disposed of outside the building.

• Winter boots not permitted
