Event Space Rental Rates & Pricing
All rates are subject to 5% GST. Pricing may increase based on attendance, alcohol service, rental duration, setup requirements, staffing needs and expected wear and tear.
Photography & Creative Rentals
Wedding Packages
Reserved Time Rule: Setup, decorating, vendor access, event time and takedown must all occur within the reserved rental period.
Damage Holds & Additional Charges

Private-event cleaning fee: approximately $125-$175.

Wedding or reception cleaning fee: approximately $200-$250.

Event liability insurance is required for weddings, alcohol service and higher-risk events.

Alcohol events require the appropriate liquor permit and licensed alcohol service.

Security or an event attendant may be required and charged separately.

Rental charges, GST and the damage hold must be paid or authorized before access is provided.

The damage hold is released following inspection, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning or policy violation.

​50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your session. ​Final payment is due 7 days prior to the session date.

Cancellation: 7 Days Notice (Non-Refundable). The deposit may be transferred to ONE new date within 60 days from the initial booking.
